Shin Imaging is very clean and beautiful. The staff are awesome. Seong is highly skilled. They are professional, high class, and well trained. The machines are top quality and therefore the images are very clear. You get the best at Shin. Thank you for allowing me to share this with you.

We went for x-ray at this location, it's easy to find and they don't accept appointments. It was quick though, we were finished in less than 30min.

I have taken my parents to Shin Imaging Buena Park/Fullerton, four times each time it has been smooth in and out. The longest wait has been at the most 10 minutes. From the reception to x-ray/ dexa scan, ct, and ultrasound technician have all been so sweet and kind. They try their best to communicate with my parents even though there is a language barrier.

I just completed my rotation as an x-ray student at SHIN Buena Park. The Rad-Techs there are some of the best instructors I have had. My instructors Chris D., Mr. Kim, and Leo are true professionals who put their patients in the highest of priority. I recommend SHIN Buena Park to anyone who needs medical imaging done. This would be a zero star if I was allowed. My only positive interaction was with their wonderful receptionist. Their imaging specialist Ever or Everett was very condescending and made several rude remarks about my size when he thought I wasn't listening. Warning their MRI machine works only for people who are on the thinner side, if you are medium built or larger you will not have a positive experience. This however did not stop Ever* from trying to push me in by force into the machine without regard for my safety or comfort. I will not be coming back to this place, and I hope this serves as a warning to anyone visiting this office that is on the heavier side to just save your time and dignity and avoid them at all costs.
